For most of the first year, I hated the work.
I spent 3 years working with elderly people. At the beginning, I remember thinking: how does anyone do this job? I was wrong in a way that is hard to explain quickly.
The person behind VojtaCore
Three years caring for elderly people taught me how easily a shift can keep running in your head after you leave. VojtaCore grew from learning how to put the day down—and writing down what actually worked.

REAL PERSON · REAL WORK · NO MIRACLES
WHY NO FACE?
I am a private person. The ideas should stand on their value—not on a carefully performed personality. Why I built this
I created it because a hard day does not always end when you walk out the door.
I spent 3 years working with elderly people. At the beginning, I remember thinking: how does anyone do this job? I was wrong in a way that is hard to explain quickly.
It is the most demanding work I have done and almost nobody thanks you for it. We were short-staffed most shifts. I would close the door behind me and be no more finished than when I started—the shift just kept running in my head.
It was never going to happen by itself. These days it takes five minutes: my own music, or standing in the shower saying nothing, just registering that I got through another day. That is not a technique I read about. It is what worked.
I am not a psychologist and I will not pretend to be one. I am a care worker in a residential home who had to figure this out. VojtaCore turns those useful parts into pages you can actually fill in.
The life behind the project
I spent 3 years caring for elderly people in a residential home. The hardest part was learning how to leave a demanding shift at the door.
I like training, reading and playing the piano. I also genuinely enjoy sitting quietly and letting the noise settle.
I prefer not to show my face, but I enjoy building things, testing ideas and seeing what I can create on the internet.
What I believe
Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is sit down, stay quiet and give yourself enough space to choose the next step.
Progress still takes time, honesty and repeated effort. VojtaCore simply tries to make that work clearer, calmer and easier to begin.
